College & Campus Ministries

If your church is currently serving college students, or if you are interested in beginning a ministry for students in your community, the Mississippi–West Tennessee Conference offers a bi-weekly Zoom gathering called the College Call.

The College Call is designed for pastors, staff, and lay leaders who are leading, starting, or considering collegiate ministry. Hosted by Conference Campus Ministry Director Hugh Griffith, these online meetings provide space for prayer, shared learning, practical discussion, and collaboration around effective college ministry.

Church leaders can connect with others across the conference, discuss best practices, and strengthen their approach to reaching and discipling college students in their local context.

Do you have graduating seniors or college students from your church attending college in Mississippi or West Tennessee? We encourage you to submit their information through our College Student Information page. This helps the Mississippi–West Tennessee Conference of the Global Methodist Church connect students with pastors, leaders, ministries, and congregations near the places where they will be studying.
