Disciple-Making in the Mississippi-West Tennessee Conference

The Mississippi-West Tennessee Conference of the Global Methodist Church is working with the RE-AWAKENING INITIATIVE from Crosspoint Church and REPLICATE to help local congregations strengthen how they make disciples of Jesus Christ.

This partnership is for the Global Methodist Church, by a Global Methodist Church, and is powered by the tools of REPLICATE. Together, these ministries provide simple, practical ways for churches to build a culture of disciple-making that fits their people and their communities.

What is REPLICATE?

REPLICATE is a tool that helps churches focus on developing people, instead of just creating more programs. It gives pastors and leaders clear steps for creating a plan that helps people grow in faith.

Each church learns to describe what a healthy follower of Jesus looks like in their community, then builds a plan that helps their church take their members to the next level with whichever ‘plan’ would work better for them. REPLICATE is not a pre-written program; it’s a process that helps churches design a plan that fits their mission.

REPLICATE also provides online training videos, books, and coaching resources that guide leaders through each part of building a disciple-making culture.

What is the RE-AWAKENING INITIATIVE?

The RE-AWAKENING INITIATIVE is a ministry of Crosspoint Church that equips pastors and church leaders in the Global Methodist Church to renew their focus on disciple-making and mission. It offers workshops, online coaching, and ongoing communities that help churches put these ideas into practice.

The RE-AWAKENING INITIATIVE organizes and leads events using the REPLICATE framework and partners with the Mississippi-West Tennessee Conference to make these opportunities affordable for every church.

Different Pathways for Growth

MOVEMENT-READY DAY

A one-day workshop that helps pastors and leaders understand their current church culture and build a simple plan for disciple-making and growth. Each participant receives access to a workbook, online tools, and practical next steps to take back home.

MULTIPLICATION CO-LAB

A two-day workshop where church teams of four to six leaders sit together at tables to create a plan for disciple-making in their church. With help from trained coaches, teams clarify their mission, design a discipleship pathway, and identify goals that fit their community.

Each CO-LAB includes time for honest discussion, teamwork, and planning. The goal is to help churches form people, not just run programs.

RE-AWAKENING HUDDLE

A year-long online group for pastors and ministry leaders who want continued support after attending a CO-LAB or MOVEMENT-READY DAY. Each HUDDLE includes eight to ten leaders who meet weekly online for encouragement, shared learning, and accountability. The HUDDLES use REPLICATE materials and teaching videos while focusing on practical implementation in each leader’s church.

Participation in both CO-LABS and HUDDLES is heavily subsidized through the partnership between the RE-AWAKENING INITIATIVE, Crosspoint Church, and the Mississippi-West Tennessee Conference.
