Media Tools For Your Church
One of the best ways we can communicate well as a conference is by giving our churches practical tools that help them communicate well in their own communities. As we move into the Christmas season and prepare for a new year of ministry, we want to offer a simple list of resources your church can use to create graphics, organize communication, and engage your congregation. Many of these options are free or discounted for nonprofits, which means most churches can access them at little to no cost.
Please note: Some of the resources below include Bible studies or teaching materials that may not reflect the official positions or theological interpretations of the Global Methodist Church. We are sharing them only for their graphic design tools and creative assets.
Free Resources
Google Workspace / Google Admin for Nonprofits
Google offers Google Workspace for Nonprofits at no cost for eligible 501(c)(3) churches.
If your church has a website, Google Workspace allows you to create email accounts using your domain (for example, info@yourchurch.com) at no charge.
The free nonprofit tier includes:
• Gmail with your custom domain
• Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Meet
• Google Admin controls for managing users and security
• 100 TB of pooled storage across your organization
• Support for up to 2,000 users
Most churches only need the free tier.

Canva Pro for Nonprofits
Canva offers its full Pro version free to eligible 501(c)(3) churches. Canva is already a popular design tool, but the Pro version unlocks many features that make it easier to build a consistent brand. In 2026, we will share an in-depth guide on how to build a consistent brand that can be used inside Canva.
The Pro version includes:
• Premium templates
• Premium elements to add to your designs
• Unlimited cloud storage
• Advanced folders and organization

This site provides hundreds of free editable resources shared by churches across the country. You can download and repurpose sermon series graphics, social media templates, and more. Creating a free account requires only an email. The site also includes years of verse-of-the-day graphics from the Bible App.

Adobe for Nonprofits
Adobe provides strong nonprofit discounts for creative tools.
• Adobe Express Premium is free for up to 50 users
• Acrobat Pro is approximately $15 per user per year
• Creative Cloud All Apps is available at a reduced nonprofit rate through Adobe partners
