The Multiplication Co-Lab is designed to help pastors and leadership teams move from good intentions to a clear, actionable plan for disciple-making and multiplication.

During this workshop, church teams will sit together and work through a practical process to clarify their mission, design a discipleship pathway, and identify goals that fit their community. With help from trained coaches, teams will spend time in honest discussion, teamwork, and planning. The goal is to help churches form people, not just run programs.
